Workday, September 20th 2015

The turnout of 12 volunteers was appreciated in the light of the fact that the 1st Welsh match of the rugby World Cup match was imminent! We were rewarded with a bright autumn morning and a productive two hour session.
Derek concentrated on cutting back the bramble growth around the bird viewing platform.
Mair (plus Mum) went off to cut back around the Explorer Trail posts and to clean the plaques; thank you for taking the responsibility for this job!
The area of bramble and willow adjacent to the raised path through Boggy Meadow was the focus of this workday. Both were heavily cut back to encourage people to stay on the path.
