December Workday

We had a good turnout for our final workday this year and at last the rain stayed away.  Under Kevin's instruction we cut back the hedge beside the  reservoir carpark.  The branches we cut off are woven back into the hedge to thicken it and make shelter for the wildlife.

Finally, we finished with mince pies and Kevin's famous mulled wine. Years ago, Mary Evans made mince pies, but sadly they were left within reach of a passing Labrador, never to be seen again!

Thanks to all our volunteers who do such a great job. We hope that we will be able to continue in 2022 with no stoppages.

Happy Christmas and Best Wishes to you all!

Next workday - Sunday 30 January, meet at Reservoir Car Park,  10.00am
