A warm, sunny Easter brought out many families to join the
regular dog walkers in the Nant Fawr area but marked the start of a series of
unpleasant incidents. Along with vandalism to property to the north of the
reservoirs, mindless destruction of posts and notices (including arson) were
reported in the Rhydypenau Park area. Also, groups of older teenagers on bikes
have been riding recklessly around the Park area, behaving in an intimidating
manner.
If you witness any incidents which you deem to be
“antisocial” please report them immediately to the Police on the number 101,
and help us to prevent these individuals from spoiling the enjoyment of the
many people who value this local amenity.
