The twenty third Annual General Meeting for the Friends Group was held on 20 April at Park End Church. There was a reasonable attendance of 25 members.
Two new Officers were elected, Chris Lloyd has become Membership Secretary and Emyr Wills-wood was elected as our new Secretary.
The members agreed on a revised Constitution, to fall in line with other Friends Groups in Cardiff. This will be stored on the website shortly.
Two speakers discussed the issues of "pollination"; Sheena Crossley gave advice and ideas as how how we should make our gardens attractive to insects, and Michelle Bales from "Buglife" , the Cardiff Urban Buzz Project, explained the projects which were developing in the Cardiff area.
