The August Hay Rake 29 August 2021

This was a great success despite the fact that we couldn't offer cider and welsh cakes!

Thank you to all the volunteers who came back after 18 months. It was good also to welcome some new members and their families.  We managed to rake the two fields and cut back some of the hedges. Hopefully we will see the results in the form of a good display of wild flowers again next summer.

Next month we are planning to meet at the top of the site near Rhydyblewin farmhouse on Sunday 26 September at 10.00am.  More news later including details as to whether volunteers will still need to book in advance.
